Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary by destination:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.\

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened.

However, refunds or replacements are provided if:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Product is expired at time of delivery

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

However, customers may request modifications (such as address correction or product changes) within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once the order has been dispatched, no changes or modifications can be made.

Peaks Pure Honey reserves the right to decline modification requests if processing has already begun.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Taste preference
  • Natural crystallization
  • Color or texture variations
  • Delivery delays outside our control
